She is sponsoring the first 150 dog and cat adoptions beginning Tuesday, October 27th! ALL fees will be taken care of…including the License Fee!

IMPORTANT – Their screening process is still in place. Skilled VCAS Adoption Counselors will be on-site throughout the promotion. They do not “sell” our pets. They “adopt” them to loving families and individuals who have clearly have love in their hearts.
