On 08/29/17, at about 3:30 A.M., a resident in the 6200 block of Calle Bodega was awakened by noises that were initially coming from his garage. When the resident got out of bed to investigate the noises, he discovered they were now coming from his back yard. During this crime, the suspect entered an occupied residence with the intent to commit a theft while the occupants slept. One of the residents awoke and the suspect was able to flee undetected.
