21 year old Oxnard man shot: Hospitalized in stable condition

Witnesses reported at least two shots being fired and three males in their 20’s to 30’s seen running to the rear of nearby businesses. Officers found a male down in the 1000 Block of South “G” Street.

After speaking with witnesses, it appears a 21-year old Oxnard man was approached by three subjects. These subjects assaulted and shot the victim. The suspects fled in a gray sedan.

The victim is in stable condition at a local hospital.
