Ventura Police Department – Incident Press Release
On December 12th at 5:55 PM Ventura Police Officers responded to a call of a robbery that just occurred in the area of Saticoy Ave and Telephone Road. Investigating officers learned that the victim, a 67-year-old female, was walking south on Saticoy Ave. from Telephone Road when she was approached by the suspect who brandished a knife and demanded her property. After obtaining property, the suspect fled westbound on Saranac Ave. The victim sustained a minor injury to her arm as a result of being grabbed by the suspect.
Suspect(s): Hispanic Male, mid 20’s, 6-0/180lbs, wearing black clothing and black bandana
Patrol officers checked the area for the suspect but did not locate him. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Ventura Police Department Major Crimes at 805-339-4444.
