90 Year Old Struck and Killed in Thousand Oaks

On Sunday, November 6, 2016, at approximately 5:23 pm, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on . The pedestrian, (D)Robert Charles Booth, was northbound on Kirk Avenue, crossing the street at Janss Road. (P)Gail Johnston, was in her vehicle traveling westbound on Janss Road approaching Kirk Avenue, when her vehicle struck Mr. Booth.
Mr. Booth suffered major injuries and was transported via AMR to Los Robles Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
This investigation is ongoing and anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call the Thousand Oaks Police Department Traffic Bureau at 805-494-8271.
