Thousand Oaks, Calif.–“Creating Healthy Lifestyle Habits” will be the topic of a free talk and lunch at the Conejo Valley YMCA on Tuesday, March 24, from noon to 1:00 p.m. The public is invited.
YMCA trainer Melissa King will discuss how to achieve health goals and create healthy lifestyle habits using small behavior changes. She will outline a six-step process to help form new healthy, sustainable habits that are compatible with an individual’s personal lifestyle.
The Conejo Y is at 4031 N. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks. Reservations for the lunch can be made by going to www.sevymca.org/conejo, clicking on “Programs,” then “Online Program Registration” or by calling the Y at 805-523-7613.
