It’s been a tough week for Sacramento Smith.
It seems she doesn’t like it much when folks start digging into her liberal record of voting for higher taxes and failing to hold even one hearing on the Coronavirus as Chair of the Emergency Management Committee.
And she really doesn’t like it when people highlight her votes to fire teachers while simultaneously raising her own pay.
And she really REALLY doesn’t like it when people call her out for lying about all of it.
Perhaps the pressure of only campaigning between the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM is catching up with her.
Or, it could be that people are beginning to notice former Navy fighter pilot Mike Garcia’s momentum continues to grow. Don’t take our word for it. See here, here and here.
But Smith seems to be taking solace in one thing – getting the endorsement of the liberal L.A. Times editorial board.
She would, given they completely ignore her pattern of lying and liberal voting record while saying a first-generation American and decorated Navy fighter pilot who flew 30 missions in Operation Iraqi Freedom has an “unusual resume.”
Come to think of it, there’s no better way for Sacramento Smith to end her week of spiraling than getting the endorsement of the liberal Times.
