VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that on October 13, 2021, Nick Langkilde (DOB 06/12/78), of Oxnard, pled guilty to two counts of lewd acts upon a child and one count of forcible rape of a minor. All three victims are members of his family. Langkilde further admitted that the two instances of lewd acts upon a child involved substantial sexual conduct.
Sentencing is scheduled for December 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in courtroom 23 of the Ventura County Superior Court. It is expected that Langkilde will be sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison. This case was investigated by the Oxnard Police Department.
