viagra arial, prescription sans-serif;”>On Monday June 22, Congresswoman Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village) will host a forum for interested veterans and stakeholders to discuss the VA’s Choice and Patient-Centered Community Care (PC3) programs with TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Health Net, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
These programs are intended to expand veterans’ access to non-VA health care in areas with high demand or shortage of local VA providers.
In the first of two panels, veterans and Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs) will hear about how the Choice and PC3 programs are being implemented in Ventura County, as well as how veterans’ eligibility for these programs is determined. In the second panel, local healthcare providers interested in serving veterans will learn more about how the programs work and how they can participate.
