A convicted muderer may live in a town near you
By Debra Tash
Last year ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) released over 88,000 convicted immigrant criminals. They were serving time for rape, kidding and 169 prisoners had been charged and found guilty of homicide. Earlier in June, Iowa Senator, Chuck Grassley, demanded Homeland Security report the immigration status of these criminals. Of the 88,000, 36,007 were still waiting for deportation hearings.
The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) has just issued an analysis this week, Thursday, August 21st, on the released convicts who were found guilty of murder. So far out of the 169 only one has self-deported back to their home country. California tops the list of states where these felons currently reside, with 48 of them, Florida being next with 23 in residence. One of those felons living in California resides in Oxnard. You can read CIS’s complete analysis and see the list of cities HERE
