Amended Criminal Complaint Filed Against Heather Locklear

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that an amended misdemeanor complaint has been filed in the case against Heather Deen Locklear (DOB 9/25/61), of Westlake.  Locklear has been charged with one count of battery on a peace officer, one count of battery on an emergency medical technician, and one count of resisting, obstructing, and delaying a peace officer, arising from an incident that occurred on June 24, 2018.  These charges are in addition to the battery and resisting charges Locklear already faces in connection with an incident that occurred on February 25, 2018.       

Locklear’s attorney appeared today on her behalf in the Ventura County Superior court for arraignment on the amended complaint and pretrial conference.  Locklear, through her attorney, entered pleas of not guilty to all charges.  The matter was continued for pretrial conference to September 27, 2018, at 1:30  p.m. in courtroom 13 of the Ventura Superior Court, County of Ventura.  Locklear did not personally appear in court. 

Locklear remains out of custody on bail posted in the amount of $20,000.00.

She is no better than the drug addicts that are on the streets, homeless, and a threat to the safety of themselves and others. She just in’t homeless.
