    America’s Civil War Navies: North and South is topic at November: Channel Islands Maritime Museum Speaker Series

Historians Jim Kosinski and Jerry Leckie will present America’s Civil War Navies: North and South, a talk about the innovative maritime strategies, designs and armaments that emerged from the ferocious naval battles of America’s Civil War, at the next Channel Islands Maritime Museum Speaker Series, Nov.17, at the Channel Islands Maritime Museum, 3900 Bluefin Circle, Oxnard.

    The Speaker Series is a lecture series held every third Thursday at the Channel Islands Maritime Museum.
