On March 5, 2016 at approximately 10:53am officers responded to Check Into Cash at 135 E. Harvard Blvd. for a robbery that had just occurred.  Upon arrival officers contacted employees who informed them that a Hispanic male subject wearing a black beanie, mask, white jacket, blue jeans and tan boots had entered their business carrying a long barrel shotgun.  The suspect ordered one victim onto the ground while he ordered the other employee to hand over all the cash.  After the employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and checks he fled in a late model white Chevrolet Tahoe.  The vehicle fled southbound across Harvard Blvd. and through the parking lots of various businesses onto Santa Maria St. out of sight.  The vehicle was later found abandoned on the westbound 126 freeway just west of Palm Ave.  The employees were not harmed in the robbery.
