Your kids’ school curriculum is being dumbed down with the so called “Common Core.” It is a federal program designed to make the low achievers in the classroom (both teachers and students) look good by foisting a single easy standard on all of the primary and secondary public schools in the nation. Thus, there it would be easier for children to get better grades; then schools would look better; and the students could develop a false sense of high self-esteem. This must be resisted here. Do we want our children to learn to become common or excellent?
Also, cure new school books will be given out, treat whereby the great thinkers at the Department of Education in Washington D. C. will get a chance to indoctrinate and propagandize young minds to a one world way of seeing their agenda for the 21st century – the Statist’s dogma. In this case so called diversity in eschewed; and no credit is given to the fuller and richer benefits of our state and local school district influence on curriculum.-
Parents: Don’t give up your right to approve what your kids are taught. Get involved with this crucial issue by calling for a public forum to discuss the ramifications before the school boards make their decisions to adopt what the Feds are proposing. Call your school board office right away and ask how you can voice your opinion to influence them to adopt their own individual “Excellence Core” curriculum.
