Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme – Great Futures Breakfast Sneak Peak!

I wanted to share this video from Carlos as a special sneak peak into next week’s Great Futures for Kids Breakfast.

We only charge $20 a year to be part of our clubs. $20 for homework help after school, for someplace safe and nurturing to be during summers. $20 for science experiments and field trips, for ukulele lessons and basketball games. $20 for mentoring and a healthy meal every day.

We do this because we believe that every child deserves a great future.

While many things have changed over the last month, our belief in our mission is the same. This week we taught kids about African drums and led teens on virtual tours of USC and Cal Lutheran. We helped with homework and checked in with moms and dads. We made sure hungry kids had a meal.

We are proud of the work we do and grateful to every donor that makes it possible.
