Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley offer Fifth Grade Transportation throughout Conejo Valley

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley is taking reservations for reliable after school van transportation to four local Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the Conejo Valley.

The cost is just $50 per month, Monday through Friday, plus the after school fee.  The clubs are conveniently open for working parents until 6:30 p.m.  All club programs are geared to promote and enhance youth development by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.  Members will be able to participate in all after-school programs including daily homework  help, STEM programs, art, sports, and much more.

Transportation to the Anderson Youth Center located on the campus of Los Cerritos Middle School, 1980 E. Avenida de las Flores, Thousand Oaks, 805-493-2917.  Picks up from elementary schools:

  • Bridges Charter School, Thousand Oaks
  • Ladera Elementary School, Thousand Oaks
  • Lang Ranch Elementary School, Thousand Oaks
  • Weathersfield, Thousand Oaks

Transportation from Johnston Boys & Girls Clubs located on the campus of Colina Middle School, 1450 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks, 805-449-1309.  Picks up from elementary schools:

  • Conejo Elementary School, Thousand Oaks
  • Westlake Elementary School, Westlake
  • Westlake Hills Elementary School, Westlake
  • MATES Elementary School, Thousand Oaks

Transportation from Morton Boys & Girls Club located on the campus of Sequoia Middle School, 2855 Borchard Road, Newbury Park, 805-375-5635.  Picks up from:
