CA State Senator Senator Leland Yee, noted for anti-Second Amendment, oil drilling restrictions, pro-affirmative action legislation and social legislation was reportedly indicted on corruption, firearms trafficking and bribery charges, announced multiple Bay area news publications this morning. His work has increased the role of state government significantly.

Per his Wiki bioLeland Yee (Chinese: 余胤良; pinyinYú Yìnliáng, born November 20, 1948) is a California State Senator for District 8, which represents a large portion of east central California. Before redistricting in 2011, Yee represented District 8 in San Francisco.[1] Prior to becoming state senator, Yee was a California State Assemblyman, Supervisor of San Francisco’s Sunset District, and was a member and President of the San Francisco School Board. In 2004 Yee became the first Asian American to be appointed Speaker pro Tempore, making him the second highest ranking Democrat of the California State Assembly.

Yee was previously arrested in 1992 for alleged shoplifting.

This is part of a broader FBI sting operation and is resulting in multiple indictments and/or arrests. We’ll publish more when we find out. Democratic state senators Rod Wright and Ron Calderon are already on leave of absence due to arrests/indictments. Law enforcement activity is resulting in the effective loss of the Democrat 2/3 super-majority which had been making it easier to pass legislation unpopular to a large segment of the public.

If Yee could’ve banned guns, then he had more to make in the black market as the value of something always goes up after it’s banned. I praise God that He is revealing the evils and deceit of the anti-gun/anti liberty/anti- freedom tyrants. Read the FBI affidavit: it’s quite interesting…. http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Yee-affidavit.pdf . AND instead of Dianne Feinstein trying to get Obama to ban the import of semi-auto firearms, maybe she should start with her next door neighbor up there….

Apparently, Yee’s idea of “dangerous persons” differs from most of us LAW ABIDING gun owners…. Damn, I hope this guy goes into “general population” in prison….

SENATE DEMOCRATS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, MAYORS ANNOUNCE BILLS TO REDUCE GUN VIOLENCE

Yee legislation will prohibit easily changeable magazines on assault weapons and require safe storage of all guns
SACRAMENTO – Today, Senator Leland Yee (D-San Francisco/San Mateo) along with several of his colleagues, law enforcement, gun safety advocates, San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa announced a series of bills to help prevent gun violence. The legislative package is designed to close loopholes in the existing regulations, keep the circulation of firearms and ammunition out of the hands of dangerous persons, and strengthen education relating to firearms and gun ownership.

Oh yeah – and this as well: “According to an affidavit, Yee discussed with the undercover agent how to obtain weapons worth $500,000 to $2.5 million from a Muslim separatist group in the Philippines and bring them to the United States.”

Yee and all the others must be kicked out of government now! And all the legislation he proposed and got passed, must be repealed. What a SOB to want to take away our lawful guns, but traffic in unlawful gun sales, and restrict oil drilling and make us pay twice the cost of gasoline. Forget your party, they all must go in the next election!

William "Bill" Hicks

Although this is not necessarily unique to a singular political party, it is to be noted that this is the third democrat, in California, affiliated politician in 6 months to be charged with serious crimes.

Hopefully, they can be replaced with Honorable Statesmen. In the meantime, the best we can hope for is that they are no longer to do their mischief while in office.
