I’m very happy for the Farmers in California. Their industry is one of the major income producers in California.
I don’t hear any suggestion that the crunch on residential water use is considered in this bill, and I wouldn’t put it past Barry to veto the bill as a gift to eco-freaks. SO, I would bring out the champagne bottles to celebrate quite yet.
