  1. SB 35 – makes it a felony, with 2-4 years imprisonment, to set up an unofficial ballot box for the purpose of collecting ballots (the type of harvesting utilized by churches and other Conservative groups in 2020)

  1. SB 503 – destroys any legitimate signature verification; provides unlimited power to the Secretary of State.

  1. SB 504 – Extends the right of conditional voting to deployed military and overseas voters; facilitates timely flow of information regarding imprisoned and paroled individuals so that elections officials can remove and restore voting rights in concurrence with the law.
