California will likely hit its statewide target of delivering at least 2 million doses in underserved areas by Friday, a key benchmark that will lower the threshold for letting county officials enact further business reopenings, Gov. Gavin Newsom said on Wednesday, March 10.
Once those 2 million doses are delivered (California was at 1.9 million, Newsom said), a county can move from the state’s most-restrictive “purple” tier to the second most-restrictive “red” tier if the new daily case rate is under 10 per 100,000 rather than the current 7 per 100,000. Counties under the new case rate benchmark would officially enter the red tier 48 hours after the state passes the vaccination target.
L.A. County, which has been under 10 daily cases per 100,000 people for two weeks, could enter the red tier on Sunday, setting the stage for reopening high schools and middle schools, as well as many indoor activities, such as dining and going to a movie — though with severely reduced capacity.

The divide here is urban-rural.
The left-wing ‘Karens’ enforcing the unconstitutional mask dictates are overwhelmingly in major cities and high-population suburbs.
And yes, this includes Texas.

Unfortunately it pushed the boundaries to see how far it could go next event, setting us up for even bigger fraud and increased support for government control. Watched people around me fill with self righteousness over masks and show such militancy that one must get the experimental vaccine. Absolutely mind-boggling and you can bet I distanced myself from them. They would sell me out as soon as look at me in the next bout. People just gobbled whatever data was told to them not only not giving much thought to discrepancies but actually going into mouth frothing attack mode if you dared to question. Even insinuating that if you wanted school back or to open up, you must not care who dies. Heck, we don’t even need a real event for the government to spark the next power grab…people are primed!
I now have a series of questions to screen out potential friends and suitors.
