.
California’s Central Valley is called America’s bread basket. It’s a remarkable tribute to American ingenuity. A once dry desert now supports a 20 billion dollar agriculture industry that provides half of all produce sold in the United States. And its irrigation system accounts for 1/6th of all irrigated land in the country. But now this bread basket is in danger, as unrestrained environmental policies and a drought, are turning once productive green fields back to parched desert and dust. It’s the result of government failing to address the water storage needs of a growing population, and then placing the interests of a tiny fish over those of farmers and households. No Water No Farmer No Food exposes the tragic result of poor decision making and bad policies.

Just a reminder of formulas for water distribution:

1) Environmentally purposed water 50%

2) Agricultural, Residential and Industrial 50%

of the #2 purposed water, 80% is purposed for Agriculture. The remaining 20% is purposed for residential and industrial. Of the residential and industrial 5% is purposed for residential.

Currently there are no further demands on Agricultural use of water than there was before the drought. So the least user of water is expected to take up the slack and have property loss in their landscape to accommodate wacko-environmentalists in Sacramento.

There’s no limit to how many illegals coming into the State. Even those that come in through other border States are attracted to the virtual sanctuary State.

But what happens when these “migrant farm workers” (illegals in other words) no longer have fields to work in? There’s only so many hamburger flipping jobs. But wait, there’s the federal government to the rescue with SNAP and other benefits they freely distribute to their future democrats.
