Camarillo, CA | Social Spice Media Hires Seasoned Business Development Director

CAMARILLO, California, – Social Spice Media, a top digital marketing agency serving Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties, is excited to announce the hiring of Scott Ericson as its new Director of Business Development.

Ericson will bring his extensive national experience in industries ranging from food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and chemicals to nonprofits, community organizations and others. His varied background includes distribution and manufacturing of natural compounds to clean and sanitize personal protective equipment (PPE) and other emergency services equipment through a company he co-owned.

The Santa Barbara native also has a proven track record of growing and amplifying brands. Ericson’s arrival comes at a time of rapid growth goals for Social Spice Media, started over ten years ago by Jonathan Boring.

“Scott has so much variety in his background, which is perfect for an agency like ours that serves such a diverse clientele,” Boring said. “I’m excited to work with him to grow our brand even stronger.”

Ericson, who returned to Santa Barbara a few years ago after 30 years away, is ecstatic to work with a great team in a very positive culture.

“I’m thrilled to be in this industry and this particular company, serving my hometown and the rest of Santa Barbara and Ventura counties,” he said. “Social Spice Media is in such a dynamic space and growth mode, I’m looking forward to doing my part with this team to reach greater success.”

Ericson lives in his childhood home with his wife Cheri and enjoys golf, reading and woodworking. He attended Santa Barbara City College and UC Santa Barbara.

Social Spice Media, started in 2011, offers a variety of services including social media marketing, business blogging, SEO/SEM, analytics, ADA web compliance law, website design/hosting, graphics, and email marketing.
