Camarillo Rotary Vocational Service Awards

On June 14, Camarillo Rotary gave awards to five local businesses.  Rotary recognizes business leaders in the community that honor the principles of Rotary’s 4 Way Test, an ethical guide for making decisions – Is it the Truth?  Is it Fair to all concerned?  Will it build Goodwill?  Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?

Members of Camarillo Rotary nominated local businesses that exemplify this model.  Five businesses were selected for recognition and invited to a luncheon where they spoke about their business values and their work in the community.  The five honored this year are:

  • Steve Elson and Carrie Hughes of Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families.
  • Eric Harrison of United Way of Ventura County.
  • Debbie Carpenter of Camarillo Travel.
  • Kevin Kildee of Bob Kildee Clothing.
  • Audrey Walzer and Christi Harman of the Camarillo Yoga Center.
