Oxnard, CA – The Channel Islands Maritime Museum is excited to announce the Grand Opening of Bluefin Gifts, Channel Islands Harbor’s newest specialty shop with an emphasis on nautical gifts and treasures. Everyone is invited to a Special Grand Opening Reception Sunday November 10, 2019 from 10a.m. – 2 p.m. with free refreshments, opportunity drawing and visits with some of Bluefin Gifts local artisans. Bluefin Gifts is located in the Museum’s lobby at 3900 Bluefin Circle in Oxnard’s Channel Islands Harbor. The shop’s offerings include items for all ages with an eye for local art, gifts and jewelry that highlight our local marine life, beaches and boating community as well as a great selection of maritime-related books. Open now, Bluefin Gifts’ hours match the Museum’s and is free to the public.
The Channel Islands Maritime Museum is open M/Th-Sat 10-4pm, Sun 12-4pm, and Tues/Wed Closed for group tours and private member events (please call ahead to make a reservation), closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Located in Oxnard’s Channel Islands Harbor at 3900 Bluefin Circle. Explore galleries full of rare and beautiful maritime paintings dating back to the 1600’s, more than seventy world-class models of historic ships, rotating thematic fine arts exhibitions, and interactive exhibits that encourage visitors to expand their horizons about everything maritime.
