VENTURA, Calif. – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced that three members of a South American Theft Group (SATG) have been sentenced for crimes committed against Nordstrom Rack in Thousand Oaks.
Roberto Rojas-Solis (DOB 12/17/99) was sentenced today, October 14, 2022, to 16 months in state prison. Francisco Osorio (DOB 11/20/92) was sentenced on October 6, 2022, to 16 months in state prison. Rojas-Solis and Osorio pled guilty to commercial burglary and grand theft, among other charges.
The third member of the group, Maximo Bravo (DOB 04/05/04) pled guilty to conspiracy to commit a crime and accessory after the fact. Bravo was sentenced on September 16, 2022, to 240 days in jail.
On July 7,2022, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office arrested these three Chilean nationals and located approximately $5,300 worth of stolen Nordstrom Rack jewelry. Law enforcement agencies across Southern California continue to actively investigate this SATG crew for multiple related burglaries at retail stores.
