Chocolate Cherry Bars – 4 Ingredients!

The Holidays are just around the corner!
1 Package of Duncan Hines Devil’s Food Cake Mix
21 oz. of Cherry Pie Filling – Compstock Brand (canned)
1 tsp. of Almond Extract or Vanilla Extract, Almond is best,
but I use Vanilla
2 eggs beaten
Combine all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. greased with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Frost with the following frosting: (Pour over warm cake right from the oven)
1 Cup Sugar
5 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
In a saucepan heat sugar, butter, milk and bring to a boil, boil 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour over warm cake.
When serving, cut into bars and serve on a glass plate
