In June, the Murrieta Border Patrol Station was informed that 140 Central American border crossers would be arriving via buses to be processed, at the station, every 72 hours. According to the border patrol representative at a July 1, 2014 press conference, the buses were scheduled to arrive for “an indefinite period of time.”

Above photo, on the 4th of July, at about 10:00pm. News sources confirmed the chartered plane had arrived from Texas at about 6:30pm and was at the San Diego Airport. The buses were rerouted from Murrieta to other San Diego area sites because of the citizens staging near the border patrol station in Murrieta.

Because of the pro-illegal alien groups staging in front of the border patrol station, the citizens chose to move their rally a block south of the border patrol station, in order to proceed with a peaceful demonstration.

It was a very hot day in Murrieta. I had joined with a group at around 2:45pm at a nearby McDonald’s for cold drinks and a break from the rally line. As we were leaving the “rally” parking area, we noted several cars arriving and removing signs from their trunks. As it turned out, they were the group of pro-amnesty agitators who physically and verbally assaulted the citizens assembled. When we returned, many eye witnesses spoke about the incident.

The above photo is of some of the infiltrators who remained after their fellow agitators had been arrested. Soon after this photo was taken, the group left.
GUATEMALANS ARRIVE AT CITIZENS’ PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION – TO FLY A GUATEMALAN FLAG, photo below.

The citizens of Murrieta chose to move their peaceful demonstration one block south of the Murrieta Border Patrol Station. However, groups continued to arrive to verbally and even physically assault the peaceful assemblage. Individuals who said they were “Guatemalan Americans” arrived, photo above, and flew the Guatemalan flag in front of those gathering opposed to proposed arrival of buses every 72 hours.
At times, there were heated exchanges of words.

Eventually, the group above, planted the American flag, in observance of the 4th of July, near the Guatamalan supporters, and the Guatemalan flag wavers left shortly thereafter.

July 3, 2014: File Report
RALLY PRESENCE on July 3, 2014 – buses rerouted – rather than cross the rally line at the Murrieta Border Patrol Station.
During the evening of July 3, 2014, a heavy police presence was set up at the Murrieta Border Patrol Station. Officers donned night sticks. Canine patrols were on scene.
Yellow police tape formed a barrier. The street in front of the border patrol station was shut down although foot traffic was allowed. The driveway was guarded and appeared ready to receive the buses – 140 illegal border crossers – flown from the Texas border to San Diego.
Dozens of border patrol agents arrived before midnight. The station was a buzz with law enforcement kicked into action.
FLOOD LIGHTS LIT UP THE NIGHT SKY. Traffic cones and temporary No Parking signs were set up all along the road and in front of the border station.
OFFICERS STATED IF THE YELLOW POLICE TAPE LINES WERE CROSSED – IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, ARREST WOULD FOLLOW. So if American citizens crossed over their “yellow police tape border” they would be SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE APPREHENSION…
