Oxnard City Council Agenda Item HARBOR MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT is to be heard on Tuesday May 18th @ 6pm. Item #N-1.Â
This is a management agreement that fills in the gap of the 1963 agreement for the management of the Channel Islands Harbor.Â
Below is the City Council Agenda and the 47 page report detailing the agreement. Assistant City Manager Ashley Golden will be presenting the PPT which is embedded in the 47 page document. It is a fascinating read.Â

Just so you know this is important, the same agreement will be reviewed by the BOS on the same day in the morning.
