City of Oxnard Covid-19 Rental Assistance Program
The City of Oxnard is offering its residents the opportunity to apply for Covid-19 rental assistance. All residents who receive less than 50% of area median income are encouraged to apply. Program qualifications and applications are available on the City’s website at www.oxnard.org/city-department/housing.
The deadline for applications is January 25, 2021. Residents who need assistance are encouraged to apply today. Rental assistance recipients will be selected via a lottery process. The City estimates 110 households will receive rental assistance depending on availability of funds.
