A) 17-CI-03 Ebell Park irrigation improvement project

Review the Public Works project for Ebell Park and discuss historic relevance with the architect

Location: 125 S. 7th Street (City Landmark No. 4, County Landmark No. 76)

Applicant: City of Santa Paula Public Works

B) Ordinance 816 – select subcommittee to review and provide recommendations for modifications/improvements Discuss the need to improve the existing ordinance, identify content for a Historic Preservation information flyer and appoint a subcommittee to review it and make recommendations.

C) Provide an update on the appointment process/timing for DAC members
