    Clerk robbed in Ventura

    Ventura Police Department – Incident Press Release

    Ventura Police Patrol Officers responded to a robbery at Chevron, 920 S. Seaward Ave. Investigating officers learned that the suspect approached the counter inside the market and demanded money from the clerk while simulating a weapon under his clothing. The clerk gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash, and the suspect left the store. The suspect was last seen walking into the parking lot of the Marina Village shopping center.

    Suspect(s):    Hispanic Male, 30 yrs, stocky build, tattoos on head, black surgical mask, gray sweatshirt, blue shorts,

    Officers searched the area for the suspect, but he was not located. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact Ventura Police Major Crimes at 805-339-4444.
