Update Thursday 11/13: Brownley declares herself the winner, Gorell says wait for votes to be counted. Perello pulls to within 25 votes of Huber in Oxnard Council race, McCoy probably lost in AD44 to Irwin.

Update 130 PM Friday: Brownley 1000 votes ahead of Gorell in Dist. 26 Congressional contest,  McCoy farther behind Irwin in AD44 race.

With over 50,000 ballots remaining to be counted, a lot can still happen.
