Guests can choose from fresh salads to fish tacos, summer wraps or shrimp rolls with small or large plate options. The popular ‘Coastal Burger’ is also on the menu as well as other tasty choices.

Coastal Grill is also the home to ‘Pacifica Pizzeria,’ a new addition to the restaurant offering classic pizza choices such as the traditional cheese and pepperoni, plus other creative titles including ‘Mandalay Beach’ topped with Canadian bacon, fresh pineapple and more or ‘Hollywood Beach’, playing off of one of Oxnard’s beautiful beaches loaded with many delectable toppings. Guests dining in or staying the night can enjoy this new option.

For hotel guests who want to dine by the pool, Coastal Grill also offers a ‘Splash Pool Menu’ with ‘lighter side’ options or ‘more filling’ choices as well as a selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Guests can also grab a hot dog or hamburger from the outdoor grill located poolside.

Coastal Grill is positioned against the dramatic beachfront setting providing for an incredible view. While spacious enough to handle large parties, the restaurant still maintains an intimate feel. To add to the guest experience, guitarist, Mike West performs every Friday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.

Executive Chef, Nikki Newman brings over 17 years of experience to Coastal Grill. French classically trained at the Atlantic Culinary Academy in New Hampshire, Newman received a ‘Diplome in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts’. Having lived all over the country, Newman has extensive knowledge of regional cuisines which has influenced her to create inspirational dishes for guests to savor and enjoy using fresh, local ingredients.
