Combat Leadership Training Event- Active Duty Military Discount

Hosted by the Oxnard Peace Officers Foundation

The Oxnard Peace Officers Foundation will host a “combat” leadership training event next week. The proceeds will benefit the Oxnard Police Officers Memorial which honors the seven Oxnard Police Officers who have been killed in the line of duty.

Seldom appearing on the West Coast, U.S. Navy SEAL Jeremiah “JP” Dinnell will present this “highly sought after” training. “JP” is a 2006 Silver Star recipient from the Battle of Ramadi. According to the event Registration Link, Dinnell “…was a point man and lead sniper of Team 3 with Task Unit Bruiser. He will present real-world, practical experiences direct from the battlefield. Dinnell teaches concepts such as the ‘Laws of Combat’, ‘Extreme Ownership’, and instruction on how to build high-performance, winning teams.”

Sergeant McGreevy writes “…there are over 200 leaders attending this event from 15 different law enforcement agencies, 6 fire agencies and the private sector. “

Tickets are priced at $175.00 but active duty military personnel can attend for only $50.00. Use this Eventbrite Link to register and be sure to enter the discount code: americanwarrier2017. (You will need to show your active military ID to gain entrance to the event.)
