Is this really a spike or is this due to the increase in testing? Is there any way to determine how long these people have actually had the virus, and could it be they have been around a long time and are just now detected due to the testing?

    ANOTHER QUESTION:
Is there any way that this is a reflection of the political position that some City/County leadership have and their decisions to allow demonstrations, but close businesses?
