Election fraud in Oxnard?

By George Miller

VCRecorderWe don’t know yet for sure if it is major fraud, but it doesn’t look good.  Jeffrey White of Newbury Park was observing ballot counting at Ventura County election headquarters. He told us that he observed a high (85% of the samples he observed) percentage of absentee ballots with signatures that didn’t match voter registration cards. We don’t yet know how representative that sample is of the 50,000+ absentee and provisional ballots yet to be counted.

When asked more about this, he said he was very impressed with the process and people in place (he is very knowledgeable in imaging and automated comparisons in another field, with some analogous requirements). He described the process as follows:

Ballots are automatically scanned. Ballot signatures are electronically compared with voter registration card signatures, in some cases multiple signatures.

Mismatches (even a partial match is acceptable) are separated, copied and given to election employees to compare to computer screen images and look for a match. Partial match is accepted, mismatch is rejected. Civilian election observers were literally looking over their shoulders while this was occurring and were free to challenge decisions, By its nature, this is a somewhat slow and cumbersome process, even with readily accessible voter registration files on line.

A representative of Mark Lunn’s office was to get back to us by press time, but we haven’t yet heard from her.  We will keep you informed of developments on this.  Mr. White thinks it is being addressed.

We did receive this reply from Mark Lunn this evening:

Hello George!

I hope this finds you well! Sorry for the delay in responding – I get around to my personal email account when I have time…which I don’t have a lot of time now dealing with the Election canvass activities.

Happy to chat with Jeff and whoever is interested after I certify this election. My main concern during this time is to properly count valid votes and prevent improper votes – which is currently underway under the observation of both REPS and DEMS. This appears to be a possible fraud related observation which we can address after the election canvass and certification. I will also be able to address the stats you requested at that time.

Take good care, Mark

ELECTION UPDATE: Voter Fraud in Ventura County is Rampant!

On Wednesday I was at the Ventura County Elections Division as an observer for screening of the questionable mail-in ballots. It’s amazing the quantity of ballots from Oxnard where the signature on the envelope had zero similarity to the signature on the voter registration card.

The Democratic Party spent about $800,000 earlier this year to get approximately 7,000 more people registered in Oxnard. These people have never been part of the election process and really didn’t care. So when the ballots are mailed, the Dems go to apartment buildings and streets where trash cans are easily accessible. They harvest unopened ballots thrown in the trash. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were even pulling ballots from mailboxes. Then they fill out the ballot with all Dem candidates marked and send in the ballot with a scribbled signature on the envelope.

Thankfully, the computer and human screening of signatures at VCED is catching these. During a period of 90 minutes, one of the VCED employees sorted through about 60 questionable mail-in ballot envelopes. Of the 60 ballots, only 8 were verified with correct signatures. All others were fraudulent.

VCED has a staff of six people doing this screening. Do the math! If what I saw was representative of all six, then it would equate to more than 1,000 fraudulent ballots screened in only 1 day. Thank you to Mark Lunn at our County Clerk & Recorder for doing a great job stopping these ballots from being counted in the vote!

Yes, here in California we have a serious problem with voter fraud that’s created and supported by the Democratic Party. It’s illegal. It’s immoral. It’s corrupt.

This is a major charge to say the least. Getting out and increasing base voting is the key to Brownley totals. If this occurred, the election should be thrown out and people should do some jail time. Fraud is fraud regardless of the party I need facts to make a decision.
