President, Co-Founder

Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa)

Linda is President and Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa) founded in 2017, and the Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project, Inc. founded in 2010.

Since January, 2011, Election Integrity Project has trained approximately 10,000 volunteers in 40 counties in California.  These volunteers have researched state and county voter rolls and observed polling locations and reported their observations.

In August of 2015, the California Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights held a public hearing to review EIP’s reports, civil grand jury reports, and national reports regarding the condition of California’s election process. Approximately 80 citizens from counties all over the state described their documentation of deterioration of the election process.

In December of 2017, EIPCa became the main plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the CA Secretary of State and Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder, based on noncompliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requirement to ensure voter rolls are properly maintained.

In December 2018, Election Integrity Project California, Inc. signed a Settlement Agreement that requires the State to immediately begin to follow federal mandates to identify and remove deceased, those who have moved, and other ineligible registrants from the voter rolls throughout California.

Linda believes that involved citizens are key to ensuring the integrity of that part of our Republic through which citizens exercise our most fundamental right ~ the right to choose our representatives by fair and lawful elections.

The Election Integrity Project of California along with Judicial Watch have done a Herculean Task of ‘Fixing an Election System So Broken,’ only a task force of ‘grit and undying persistence’ could succeed.

We are all indebted to your focus and perseverance in accomplishing what you’ve done so far. Please stay with it until all the Voter Rolls are completely cleaned of invalid voters.

Please set it up so those after you can continue with keeping the Voter Rolls Updated.

Survival of Our Republic depends on it to keep representation of, by, and for the People as guaranteed in the Constitution.

You are doing and have done one of the top three items to Preserve Our Republic!

We will be forever grateful for our kids’ and grandkids’ future!

Thank You So Much!
