The 83rd Annual Student Speakers Contest: Homelessness in California will be hosted by Ventura Downtown Lions Club on Thursday, February 13 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

This meeting will be at The Derby Club Ventura County Fairgrounds, 10 W. Harbor Blvd., Ventura, California.
