

OXNARD, CA – (January 16, 2018) – St. John’s Regional Medical Center (SJRMC), a Dignity Health hospital, invites community members to get a healthy start this New Year by attending our upcoming healthy cooking classes. Attendees will learn how to prepare delicious meals that promote heart health and diabetes health. These classes are free and open to the public. Our chef, doctors, health educators and dietitians will lead a full cooking demonstration with taste testing, along with a discussion about good nutrition, followed by Q&A.
