When: Wednesdays, February 5, 12, 19 and 26
Where:Â 702 County Square Drive, Ventura
Cost:Â Absolutely Free
Who:Â Open to public, no reservation necessary
Classes are held at Cabrillo Economic Development  Corp, (CEDC)  building, large conference room on the first floor- entrance  by side door. These are absolutely free classes on Stress, Health and Longevity. Anyone can attend, public welcome-no reservation necessary.  We  appreciate your kind help in getting the word out.
