Limited to those who have participated in COLORED PENCIL I. Participants will work on larger pieces, taking several weeks to complete, using a variety of colored pencils and materials. Individual projects invited. $10 materials fee due first class. Set of 48 Prismacolor Premier pencils required. Class offered indoors at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines.
