Saturday, July 1st 11am -2pm
$49 or $65 with all supplies, including an 11×14 mat
When painting shiny objects like glass or metal you begin by looking for patterns and shapes within the shiny details. These abstract patterns will become the highlight & shadow areas within your subject. We’ll use masking fluid to leave the lights & re-create the reflections and then we’ll paint, glaze and blend the shadow shapes as we bring our shiny balloon dogs to life. Detailed sketches will be provided.
Spend a fun day learning how to capture the world in watercolors as you paint your very own piece. In each class you will finish one painting of the given subject, all levels are welcome and lots of personal coaching will be provided. NO DRAWING SKILLS ARE NEEDED! Drawings for All Subjects provided in Class.
