The BECT Program provides in-depth codes and compliance education to help residential new construction and alterations building industry and comply with California’s rigorous 2013 Title 24 Energy Code. Suggested attendees include residential builders, subcontractors for builders, architects, building department staff and other local government staff. The BECT program is sponsored by SCE and funded by California utility customers and administered by SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commissions (CPUC).
