Annual Wooden Boat Show and Treasure Sale

The Channel Islands Maritime Museum will host “From the Tree to the Sea”: the Second Annual Father’s Day Wooden Boat Show – an event of the most enjoyable and rustic variety! It will feature a series of classic wooden boats on display for everyone to enjoy from 10 am to 4 pm. Stunning wooden boats will grace the dock behind CIMM, and visitors are invited to climb aboard and tour! Participate in fun boat races, games, and engaging maritime activities! The CI Harbor annually hosts a classic car show the same day next door to the museum — what a great way to spend the day! Ticket pricing available for boat tours, Museum visits, or both! The Channel Islands Maritime Museum is located in Oxnard’s Channel Islands Harbor at 3900 Bluefin Circle. CIMM is open Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am – 4 pm; Sundays from 12 pm – 4 pm; Tuesdays and Wednesdays are open for reserved group tours and private member events. Explore galleries full of rare and beautiful maritime paintings dating back to the 1600’s, more than sixty world-class models of historic ships, rotating thematic fine arts exhibitions, and interactive exhibits that encourage visitors to expand their horizons about everything maritime.
