CONTINUING BEGINNING TAI CHI
Continue to learn the basic elements: the tai chi walk and shifting of weight while improving balance, strength, and grace. Gradually learn the 24 patterns of Yang Style. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. For students who have taken at least one semester with Stella prior. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. ***Class offered indoors at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines.***
