Instructors: Lisa Scott is a personal chef with a BS in Food Nutrition and Dietetics and has been teaching at the Adult School since 2003. TJ Tramonto is a graduate of Westlake Culinary Institute, and when not cooking he can be found a Trader Joe’s Westlake.
