Core Crazy with Chrissy (VIRTUAL)

 

AKA Booty Camp, this class is a mostly mat based total body workout. It incorporates Pilates and resistance with a bit of Yoga.  The benefits of this workout are strengthening, toning and shaping, burning fat, boosting energy, releasing stress and alleviating hip and lower back pain. Have a mat, towel, free weights (no more than 5lbs), resistance bands or tubing, and Pilates ring or firm pillow.
