Core Crazy with Chrissy (VIRTUAL)

 

AKA Booty Camp, this virtual class is a mostly mat based total body workout for all levels of fitness.  It incorporates Pilates and resistance with a bit of Yoga.  The benefits of this workout are strengthening, toning and shaping, burning fat, boosting energy, releasing stress and alleviating hip and lower back pain.  Prepare: a mat, towel, free weights no more than 5lbs., resistance bands or tubing, Pilates ring or firm pillow.
