Yin Yoga (VIRTUAL)

 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where mostly passive postures are held for longer periods of time, typically around 3 to 5 minutes each. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints, reduce osteoporosis, improve flexibility and help restore mobility. The practice also opens a gateway to seated meditation practice. You will need a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a towel.
