MORE ABOUT OUR FEATURED SPEAKER: Alex Gallardo-Rooker Longtime activist and CDP 1st Vice Chair, Alex Gallardo Rooker will engage members of the Democratic Club of Ventura, and guests, with her philosophy: “My goal is and always has been to use the influence and strength of the Democratic Party to empower others to enact change. I believe the whole is only as strong as the parts. That is why we need to channel our efforts into the grassroots power that helped California become the Blue state it is today.” Whether you are a current member of the club, or are looking for ways to work together with others who share your concerns, please join us as we actively plan and work toward solutions.
. **New Member Pre-Meeting Welcome & Orientation Our newest members are invited to join us for a pre-meeting orientation. We will talk about the club and our goals as well as meeting protocols and ways to get more involved. All members are welcome to join, whether new or long time supporters. This is an ongoing feature for new members.
